eheat, Inc. is looking for a data-driven, analytical, and technically proficient Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Analyst to strengthen our marketing team. As a family-owned entity that prides itself on its grassroots values, we are in the business of manufacturing innovative heating solutions that are recognized worldwide. This role is essential to enhancing our digital marketing, e-commerce performance, and sales strategy through data analysis, automation, and AI-driven insights.

We need someone who can bridge the gap between marketing, analytics, sales funnels, and technical e-commerce optimizations—someone who can turn data into strategic action and improve our online presence, sales channels, and overall digital marketing efforts.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Magnolia, TX. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics & Strategy

  • Analyze website performance, e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Track, interpret, and report on Google Analytics (GA4), PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads), and social media performance to drive informed decisions.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing commercial sales strategies across multiple online sales channels.
  • Measure and assess email marketing performance, including segmentation, automation, and conversion tracking.
  • Use AI tools to enhance and automate digital marketing performance, audience insights, and reporting.

E-Commerce & Technical Marketing Support

  • Assist in A/B testing and optimization of landing pages, ads, and website elements for better conversions.
  • Oversee and manage front-end e-commerce changes (banners, copy, new pages, UX/UI improvements) in coordination with our graphic designer and third-party web developer.
  • Help refine and manage SEO initiatives, keyword research, and search engine visibility strategies.
  • Work on improving Amazon performance through analytics, listing optimization, and advertising.
  • Support the execution of sales funnel strategies that improve lead generation, customer retention, and conversion rates.

Project Management & Technical Skills

  • Manage projects involving marketing automation, AI-driven insights, and workflow efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with external freelancers and developers to implement technical web solutions.
  • Assist with data analysis, API integrations, and automation to improve marketing performance.

Skills & RequirementsRequired Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Ability to interpret data from website analytics, paid advertising, and e-commerce platforms to make strategic recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with PPC advertising, SEO, and e-commerce sales channel management.
  • Experience with email marketing automation and CRM management.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills—ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation, content generation, and data analysis.

Bonus/Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or other coding languages (to assist with website customizations, tracking implementation, automation, and integrations).
  • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central advertising and analytics.
  • Understanding of full-stack development principles to work more effectively with developers.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Zapier, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) improvements.

Job Type & Compensation

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience and skills)
