Pay Rate: $95k - $105k/yr

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re hiring immediately for a FileNet Developer role in a fast-paced environment. We are hiring a full-time FileNet Developer for our client, a nationwide information management firm that partners with clients to design information management solutions that organize unstructured information and provide support for managed services.   • To thrive as a FileNet Developer, you'll need a robust skill set and a passion for technical excellence.
  • With 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management application development, you'll expertly manage multiple projects while maintaining organized and efficient workflows.
  • Demonstrating calmness and empathy when resolving IT issues with end users will be essential, as you prioritize excellence and customer-centric solutions.
  • Your eagerness to learn new tools and flexibility for after-hours work will also contribute to your success.
  • Technically, a broad understanding of FileNet P8 components-including IBM Content Manager, Case Manager, and Content Navigator-is crucial.
  • Proficiency in integration services and FileNet P8 APIs, along with knowledge of workflow systems, custom plugins, and programming languages such as JSON, Dojo, and Java, will empower you to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions will round out your capabilities in this thrilling role.
  • More duties may be assigned upon hire.

What You’ll Need

  • Education: A degree in a technical area of study is preferred. Certifications and licenses are also given consideration.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management application development
  • Ability to carry out multiple projects and priorities in an organized and efficient manner
  • Inclination to learn and apply new skills and tools
  • Flexible and willing to work after hours or on weekends for urgent tasks
  • Broad understanding of FileNet P8 Platform Core Components and Base Products like: IBM Content Manager, IBM FileNet P8 platform, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records, Plugin development
  • Proficient with integration services/web services - solid understanding of the FileNet P8 architecture and experience using the FileNet P8 APIs
  • IBM Content Navigator (ICN)/ IBM Case Manager - customization of search filters, custom plugins - services, filters and UI
  • Process Designer; Knowledge of workflow system concepts, in-baskets and roles
  • Knowledge of Object Stores, Taxonomy, Documents, Properties, Choice List,
  • Subscriptions, Inherited Security
  • Knowledge of JSON, Dojo, Java, EDS, Plugins, Widgets
  • Experience in integrating custom widgets and business rules
  • Program logic, testing, debugging, and documentation
  • Provides analysis of problems and recommends solutions
  • Proficient with SQL Server/SQL Queries
  • Prepare operating procedures documentation
