Overview

Quackcom is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused professional to serve as a Client Solutions Architect. This role is designed for someone who can act as a trusted technology advisor, building strong client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and designing advanced IT solutions that align with client objectives. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable engaging with executives on strategy, collaborating with sales on opportunities, and providing technical leadership when needed.

As this is a new position within our organization, we are looking for someone with the vision and adaptability to shape and grow the role over time, bringing forward ideas that enhance both our client experience and internal practices.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Account Management

  • Act as a primary technical contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Conduct account reviews, identify areas for improvement, and recommend additional services to strengthen client environments.
  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders to better understand their business and technical needs.

Sales Support & Solution Development

  • Partner with sales representatives during discovery calls, presentations, and proposals.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Develop and present solution architectures, scopes of work, and cost models.
  • Support the sales cycle by acting as a subject matter expert for IT infrastructure, cloud, VoIP, and security.

Technical Leadership & Escalation

  • Serve as an escalation resource for complex client issues, providing advanced technical guidance and resolution.
  • Collaborate with and mentor the service desk team to ensure consistency and high-quality client support.
  • Balance strategic solution design with hands-on technical involvement when necessary.

Role Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Help shape and define this evolving role by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service offerings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop best practices for technical account management, sales engineering, and solution architecture functions.
  • Proactively recommend new approaches, technologies, and service strategies that align with both client and business goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, technical account management, sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required in Computer Science and/or Related Field
  • Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Server+, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, PMP
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), cybersecurity, and VoIP systems.
  • Ability to engage with both executive leadership and technical staff in a consultative manner.
  • Proven success in designing and delivering IT solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
