Dexcomm is hiring for an experienced, highly skilled System Administrator to work directly with our CTO managing cutting-edge hybrid infrastructure and enterprise-level Azure cloud services. With our established help desk team handling routine user support, you'll own network and system administration responsibilities, focusing on infrastructure management and strategic technology initiatives.
Position Overview
Ensure continuous operation of our high-availability 24/7 contact center infrastructure, growing to achieve industry-leading uptime standards (>99.999%) while supporting client communications across North America. You'll manage hybrid infrastructure combining on-premises resources with extensive Azure cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
Azure Cloud Administration
- Manage Azure infrastructure: VMs, storage solutions, Express Route connectivity, Virtual Network/Local Network Gateways, load balancers, and Entra (Azure AD)
- Ensure seamless integration between on-premises and Azure cloud resources
- Implement and manage redundancy strategies for continuous service availability
Database Administration
- Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases with Always-On Availability Groups
- Ensure database high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization
- Perform maintenance with minimal-downtime strategies
Voice Infrastructure & Systems Support
- Manage and troubleshoot SIP trunk configurations with Twilio and Telnyx
- Ensure voice quality and reliability for call center operations
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years system/network administration in high-availability environments
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (VMs, networking, Express Route, load balancing, high availability)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration, specifically Always-On Availability Groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Windows Server environments including Failover Cluster
- Experience in 24/7 operational environments with critical uptime requirements

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with rapid resolution focus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents effectively
- Strong communication skills for vendor management and cross-team collaboration
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation practices
Critical Requirements
- On-call availability: Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support
- Rapid response capability: 15-minute target response time for critical incidents
- Flexible scheduling: Occasional off-hours maintenance work required
- Reliability mindset: Understanding that maintaining >99.999% uptime requires exceptional attention to detail and proactive monitoring
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
