THE ROLE
The Information Technology (IT) Manager will oversee and cultivate a proactive and supportive IT environment that enables efficient and secure work. Responsible for implementing the companies IT vision and translating it into actionable goals.

• Manage, coach, and prioritize the work of an IT Support Specialist, ensuring high-quality Tier 1 service and professional growth. • Oversee and deliver Tier 1–2 support, quickly resolving hardware, software, and network issues as needed. • Own all end-user and shared hardware (telephony, conferencing, 1:1 devices, servers). • Lead major IT projects—upgrades, migrations, and new-system rollouts. • Own procurement, vendor relations, licensing, and the technology budget. • Direct the sourcing and implementation of new software and hardware. • Define and enforce security, compliance, and data-protection policies. • Guide long-range IT strategy and advise on company?wide tech initiatives. • Develop documentation, training, and ongoing infrastructure audits.
