AI Systems Engineer (Marketing & Operations)

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced, hands-on AI Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and operate production AI systems across marketing and operations.

You will assess existing data and processes, build AI-driven systems, and deliver automation that is used daily by the business. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, R&D, Production, and Procurement to deliver reliable, auditable, production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy multi-agent AI systems supporting forecasting, marketing optimization, and operational workflows
  • Build and operate LLM-based systems including RAG, fine-tuning pipelines, and domain knowledge bases
  • Develop demand and sales forecasting models (Prophet, XGBoost, ARIMA, or similar)
  • Implement AI-driven PPC optimization for Google Ads and Meta Ads (bidding, targeting, performance analysis)
  • Generate compliant ad copy, email campaigns, and video scripts using AI pipelines
  • Integrate AI workflows with ERP, CRM, MES, QMS, and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Ads API)
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
  • Monitor, test, and validate AI systems for accuracy, stability, and performance
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to track system impact and ROI
  • Maintain audit trails and logging to support compliance and transparency

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Python proficiency
  • Proven experience delivering production ML or Generative AI systems end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI or workflow orchestration
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience building data pipelines using SQL, Spark, Airflow, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics (CTR, ROAS, CAC, A/B testing)
  • Experience integrating with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Ability to work independently and guide stakeholders based on prior experience

Compensation: Starting $50–$60 per hour, DOE
