Job Role: UX/UI Designer

Location: Roseville, MN

Max Pay Range: $38/hr. to $40/hr.

Job Responsibilities

Must-Have Skills

• Figma expert (components, auto-layout, prototyping, handoff).
• Bootstrap-aware designs that align with grid & component constraints.
• Strong UX/UI portfolio with business apps, dashboards, or data-driven tools.
• Experience designing interactive components, charts, tables, and visualizations.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS or frameworks (e.g., Vue.js).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and dynamic data flows.
• Agile/MVP environment experience.
• Usability testing & rapid prototyping experience.
• Experience with GitLab, Jira, Slack, or lean design practices.
• Background in enterprise or internal business applications.

Own design end-to-end: customer discovery, wireframes, prototypes, and dev handoff.
Design clean, usable interfaces for data-heavy dashboards, metrics pages, and complex workflows.
Deliver fast, iterate often, and provide clear development-ready assets.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and end users to meet business and usability needs.
