Soni's client is seeking an experienced ERP Applications Manager to lead their Workday and JD Edwards (JDE) environments, ensuring seamless integration, upgrades, quarterly patching, and ongoing ERP support. This role requires strong expertise in JDE CNC, vendor management, and translating complex business needs into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate will also drive system transformations, reduce customizations, and help the business adopt new release features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee JDE upgrades, quarterly patching, security, and compliance.

• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations (Medius, AtomIQ, First Advantage, Equifax).

• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

• Support Workday HCM, incentive compensation, and executive reporting.

• Lead change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.

• Provide project management oversight, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.

• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of JD Edwards experience (CNC, UDOs, upgrades, security, SOX).

• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven success managing vendors and ERP integrations.

• Hands-on experience with testing, upgrades, and patching.

• Familiarity with Workday HCM support and incentive reporting.
