What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS & Email Systems Administrator to manage our company’s AWS infrastructure and email systems. This role ensures secure, scalable, and optimized cloud operations while maintaining a reliable and efficient email network. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with expertise in cloud administration, security best practices, and email system management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of AWS production systems and email infrastructure.
  • Monitor and maintain the company’s email system, performing quality checks and troubleshooting user issues.
  • Define and deploy metrics, logging, and monitoring systems for both AWS and email platforms.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and department leads to optimize system performance and product delivery.
  • Automate routine infrastructure management tasks to improve efficiency and minimize human error.
  • Draft and enforce policies related to email system use, security, and message retention.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain email protocols, ensuring compliance with business and security requirements.
  • Provide training materials and conduct training sessions on email system best practices.
  • Recommend architectural and process improvements for AWS operations and email administration.
  • Support HR in defining privacy guidelines and ensuring alignment with security policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing enterprise-level cloud environments and email systems.
  • Expertise in AWS infrastructure management and cloud security best practices.
  • Experience developing modern data pipelines using AWS technologies.
  • Knowledge of real-time payment networks and cloud-based observability tools.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, and email security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with MySQL and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
