Senior DevOps Engineer (Jenkins Administrator) | Hybrid – Charlotte, NC

Are you a seasoned DevOps professional who thrives on scaling enterprise-level CI/CD environments? We’re looking for a Senior Jenkins Administrator to take ownership of a growing DevOps platform supporting 100+ enterprise deployments.
This is a hands-on infrastructure role — not theory, not management layers. You’ll be in the trenches building, optimizing, and modernizing large-scale pipelines that keep development teams moving at full speed.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, maintain, and scale a Jenkins platform supporting 100+ projects
- Lead automation efforts using Terraform and Python scripting
- Build shared cloud solutions across AWS (and future multi-cloud expansion)
- Improve CI/CD standards, reliability, and performance
- Partner with development teams to automate builds, deployments, and infrastructure provisioning
- Contribute to containerization and orchestration efforts (Kubernetes a plus)
What You Bring
- 4–6+ years managing or scaling large DevOps environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with Jenkins administration (enterprise scale)
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, and Python scripting
- Knowledge of configuration tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Understanding of networking concepts, cloud infrastructure, and automation best practices
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
