IT Operations Manager – Multi-Site Healthcare

We’re a growing, family-owned healthcare management company supporting skilled nursing facilities across Kentucky, Ohio, and Florida, and we’re looking for a hands-on IT Operations Manager who takes pride in keeping people connected and systems running smoothly.

This is not a desk-only role. We need someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and supporting real operators in real facilities.

What you’ll own:

• Day-to-day IT operations across multiple facilities
• Connectivity, access, service accounts, and system uptime
• Improving workflows and eliminating recurring IT issues
• Supporting and leading a small IT team
• Working directly with administrators and leadership

What we’re looking for:

• Strong IT operations / infrastructure experience
• Comfort working in a lean, high-accountability environment
• Experience supporting multi-location organizations (healthcare a plus)
• A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — proactive, practical, and dependable

This role has real ownership, real impact, and room to grow as we grow.

Travel within KY / OH / FL as needed

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
