Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish IT strategic roadmap aligned with company's manufacturing growth.
• Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and resource planning.
• Lead IT project portfolio across infrastructure, ERP, security, and automation.
• Develop policies, standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Hire, mentor, and evaluate IT team performance.
• Serve and primary liaison to executive team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all IT functions.

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing software.

Preferred

• Experience with MES, PLC systems, or industrial automation technologies.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL).
• Experience managing IT projects and budgets.

Work Environment

• Full-time in office.
• Hours: 7:00am - 4:00 pm.
• Occasional after-hours support for system upgrades or critical issues
