Job description
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead and oversee IT support operations. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing IT teams and delivering customer-focused services. You will be responsible for guiding daily IT service functions, ensuring consistent, high-quality support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in IT service operations, ideally with 7+ years in a technical setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and cohesion within the team.
- Strategic mindset with experience analyzing performance data and improving service delivery.
- Experience with service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and MSP operations is a plus.
- Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a track record of driving team engagement and performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor the IT services team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Establish, refine, and optimize operational processes to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze service quality, and implement solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage escalations, evaluate technology workflows, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT service strategies with organizational goals.
