Job description
We're hiring a Software Developer II to join the Zenith team, responsible for managing the Factory Insight Data Store (FIDS). This role focuses on supporting data integration and real-time system enhancements, with an emphasis on improving order data aggregation, normalization, and notification mechanisms to meet evolving technical and business requirements. You’ll be a key member of the team that will contribute to building scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and deliver high-impact results across the organization.
Responsibilities: A day in the life/What the position will be doing:
Create design documents, develop software, build code, unit/functional test, document and implement new applications, as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing software that satisfies business needs.
Provide estimated development time frames for assigned Software Development projects to ensure accurate planning and delivery of projects.
Create or modify data relations in databases to ensure customer and business needs.
Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents and/or assist meetings with analysts, architects, and/or management to gather requirements and/or better understand problems and/or bugs and help define optimal solutions for our customers.
Create and maintain technical design documentation for all new developments and/or changes to existing systems to keep a record of the work performed.
Participates and trains Developers I and II in the interaction with customers while providing support and customer service
Adaptability is a must, including the ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies quickly.
Other related duties may be required as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be a resident of Puerto Rico.
Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field.
Over two (2+) years of previous experience in related position

Demonstrated verbal and written communication (English and Spanish).
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities.
Demonstrated skills in creative thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum) and collaborating with remote and/or geographically distributed teams.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, and Washington:
