Join our team as a Production Worker specializing in Forms Printing! In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of producing high-quality printed forms using Filemaker software, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the printing process. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver reliable, professional print products to clients. Duties

• Operate and monitor various printing equipment, including Laser Printers and Quadient printer, to produce accurate forms according to specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, inspecting for typography clarity, and overall print quality
• Collaborate with the design team on graphic design adjustments and layout improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production flow.

Requirements

• Proven experience or training in FileMaker softeware and other software programs.
• Proofreading and creating proof samples per job specifications for customers approvals.
• Ability to operate bindery machinery tasks when necessary.
• Strong understanding of typography and print standards.
• Excellent attention to detail for quality control inspections and precision work.
• Good physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift materials safely, and perform manual tasks as needed. Join us in creating top-tier printed forms with energy and precision! Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
