Job Summary
ITonDemand, a Division of eResources LLC, is looking for a skilled IT Manager - Systems Engineer to join our Managed Services Support team, working from our location in Greensboro, NC. The successful candidate will design, maintain, and optimize client IT systems while providing top-tier escalation support to the ITonDemand team. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, network security protocols, and cloud services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain core technology systems
• Assist in the technical design and recommendation of internal and client services
• Assist team members with escalated service tickets and questions
• Keep assigned tasks up to date in tracking tools
• Responsible for maintaining, improving, and reporting role KPIs to Director of Engineering
• Operate as a technical resource on projects tasks as necessary

Required Technical Skills & Experience

• 10+ years experience with Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems
• 5+ years experience with designing and troubleshooting complex network technologies
• 5+ years working in an MSP environment
• Strong self-motivator
• Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 2- or 4-year degree in a Computer Science/Engineering area of study
• Microsoft/Apple/CompTIA certifications (A+, N+, Security +, MCP, ACP)
• Mac OS X troubleshooting & integration into Windows networks

Other Requirements

Reliable form of transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance that meets the minimum requirements for your State.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
