WinChoice USA is looking for IT Systems Administrator to work on-site in our Mountain Pine, Arkansas offices. The IT System Administration will provide front-line support for our teams’ hardware and software support needs. We utilize a lot of different technologies and are always evaluating the technical landscape for new platforms to utilize. The company is our IT team’s customer, and we strive to provide first-class service to our team.
Your day to day will include:
- Support and maintain our manufacturing software (Fenevision)
- Providing desktop support to users as needed.
- Provisioning and disabling user access across systems.
- Perform research into various system performance issues and provide recommendations on enhancements
- Install and/or repair hardware
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years in supporting Fenevision or other manufacturing software
- 2-3 years in providing desktop or helpdesk support to a medium to large company
- 2-3 years' experience with Microsoft cloud-based products such as Office 365 and Entra ID
- 2-3 years in working with desktop hardware
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks that may be asked of you
- Detail oriented and deadline driven
- Adaptable and a fast learner

- Previous experience in administration and/or development with Fenevision

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
