Summary

We’re hiring an IT Administrator to join our growing ohana! As Koha Foods continues to expand its operations and technology infrastructure, we’re looking for a reliable and hands-on IT professional to support our team. The IT Administrator will manage day-to-day IT systems, support users across departments, and maintain the security and reliability of our hardware, software, and network systems.

This role may require availability outside of normal business hours or on an on-call basis to address critical IT issues that cannot wait.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff and assist with IT-related inquiries
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and networks
• Manage and maintain ERP system and databases
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, backups, and data integrity
• Ensure network and system security, including antivirus, firewalls, and user access controls
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role
• Understanding of computer networking concepts and security protocols
• Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
