JPB Professional Marketing is seeking a Web Development & SEO Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of web development and search engine optimization (SEO) projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, and optimize outcomes by leveraging their expertise in web design, development, and SEO best practices.

Job Responsibilities
Project Management & Leadership:
- Oversee the end-to-end workflow of website development and SEO projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to business goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables for web design, development, and SEO optimization.
- Monitor progress and performance to ensure the team meets deadlines and achieves expected outcomes.
- Evaluate project requirements and delegate tasks effectively to technical and creative teams.
- Ensure all websites are fully optimized for performance, functionality, and SEO best practices.
- Review deliverables to ensure they align with brand standards, project goals, and SEO strategies.
- Communicate updates on project status to internal stakeholders when necessary.
Strategic Oversight:
- Strategize and lead the implementation of SEO best practices on all web projects, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO considerations.
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and areas of improvement in web development and SEO strategies.
- Analyze website and search performance metrics to recommend adjustments.
- Develop technical roadmaps and priorities for implementing SEO improvements like Core Web Vitals, site structure, schema markup, and mobile-first responsiveness.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists to ensure strategies align with overall goals.
- Stay updated on emerging web development technologies and SEO trends to inform best practices.
- Act as the point of accountability for project execution, ensuring the final deliverables reflect the highest standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing web development and SEO projects.
- Strong understanding of website architecture, UX/UI principles, and SEO.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and project management software like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (coding knowledge a plus, but not required).
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, technical SEO, and content optimization strategies.
- Ability to evaluate data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
