Who We’re Looking For:

A smart, reliable, organized tech who can troubleshoot, communicate, and think critically. Someone who enjoys a mix of remote and on-site support, thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment, and likes helping small orgs make tech work better for real humans.

We’re not looking for box-checkers or script-followers. We’re looking for problem solvers.

Job Duties:

  • Provide Tier 1–2 IT support to small business and nonprofit clients (remotely and on-site).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows/Mac workstations, servers, networking, cloud services, and business applications.
  • Support users calmly and professionally — whether they’re tech-savvy or terrified.
  • Deploy and maintain workstations, cloud apps, file shares, backups, servers, and network hardware.
  • Use ticketing systems and modern remote management systems to manage and document work.
  • Travel locally to client sites around the East Bay and San Francisco (~50% of the time).
  • Participate in projects (cloud migrations, office moves, new client onboardings, etc.).

Requirements and Experience:

  • 2+ years supporting business IT environments.
  • Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
  • Windows 10/11 & macOS
  • Intermediate networking (DHCP, DNS, WiFi, VPN, VLANs, CLIs)
  • Experience with Ubiquiti UniFi, SonicWALL, Cisco Meraki, or equivalent
  • File sharing systems (SMB, SharePoint, Google Drive)
  • Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID with Intune
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both teammates and clients.
  • Self-managed, organized, and comfortable with remote work and time tracking.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
