Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web development principles and design aesthetics, with the ability to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces. You will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing websites that enhance user experience while aligning with our brand identity.
We are looking for a talented , creative and detail-oriented web designer to help our hospitality and marketing team in St. Louis, Missouri, with a portfolio that includes upscale hotels and restaurants.. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing captivating visual assets and developing user-friendly, brand-consistent websites that enhance our guests’ digital experience and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging digital and print assets for marketing campaigns, including advertisements, brochures, menus, signage, and social media content.

Develop, maintain, and enhance websites for our hotel and restaurant brands, ensuring an exceptional user experience and mobile responsiveness.
•
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams to conceptualize and create visuals aligned with our brand identity and target audience.
•
Utilize UX/UI best practices to design seamless navigation and aesthetically appealing layouts across web pages.
•
Conduct regular website updates, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality assurance to ensure optimal functionality and visual appeal.
•
Optimize digital designs for search engine visibility and accessibility.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
•
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic/web design, ideally within the hospitality, restaurant, or related industries.
•
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
•
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
•
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and familiarity with responsive design practices.
•
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
•
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
