We're Hiring: Front of House Team Member!

Are you someone who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment and loves helping people? We’re on the lookout for an energetic and positive Front of House team member to join our team! This position is all about creating an inviting and seamless experience for every customer who walks through our doors (or gives us a call!). From helping guests at checkout to making sure the shop looks its absolute best, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of Vintage Magnolia.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with warmth and enthusiasm
• Answering the phone and providing helpful, friendly information
• Running the register and checking out customers with care and efficiency
• Efficiently organizing our floral delivery and pickup orders for the day, ensuring we’re set up for success
• Sending out invoices on time
• Setting a really positive energy and tone in the shop
• "Floofing" the shop — aka fluffing pillows, straightening displays, and keeping everything looking fresh, beautiful, and inviting

You will be a great fit if you’re:

• Upbeat, dependable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
• A team player with great communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Always up for a challenge with a ‘can-do-it’ attitude
• Passionate about delivering top notch customer service

Weekend availability is preferred. Experience in retail, familiarity with QuickBooks, and general computer proficiency are all great bonuses, but not required!

Salary $48,000 - $53,000 annually.
