Datawarehouse.io is an established SaaS company that provides a variety of data integration and reporting solutions, tailored for HubSpot users. As we continue to expand our platform and product offerings, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our engineering team.
This is a remote-first position, with required in-person team meetings 2–3 times per year at designated U.S. locations. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
Position Summary
The Backend Software Engineer will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our core product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical fundamentals in backend development, particularly with the .NET Core framework, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of our core suite of applications, primarily built on the .NET Core platform
- Deploy to and orchestrate Azure cloud services (e.g., Web Apps, SQL Elastic Pool, Virtual Machines)
- Write clean, performant, and scalable code following industry standard OOP practices
- Work collaboratively in a small team environment through code reviews, pair programming, asynchronous communication with external teams, etc.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct basic database operations using SQL
Minimum Qualifications
- · 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core (or similar)
- · Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- · Proficient in source control management using Git
- · Basic understanding of SQL
- · Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- · Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps and related networking/security services (e.g., NSG, VNet, Active Directory)
- Exposure to front-end technologies such as React
- Experience working within the HubSpot ecosystem or on SaaS platforms
- Experience working with ETL services

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
