Job description

Location:

  • 100% remote. We provide all equipment needed: laptop, monitors, headset, etc.

Compensation:

  • This is a FULL TIME, 40 hour a week, 8am - 5pm, W2 Employee Position
  • $52,000 annually or $25/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Bank Account & Financial Oversight
  • Tracking Deposits & Expenses
  • Overseeing, Approving & Tracking Team Member Timecards
  • Processing & Disbursing Payroll
  • Overseeing, Approving & Tracking Team Member PTO utilization
  • Assisting with Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring & Onboarding Team Members
  • Planning Team Events, Processing Incoming Mail
  • Assisting Service Lead with tracking, spot-checking and reporting on Service Team Member’s Process Implementation
  • Assisting Sales Lead with tracking, spot-checking and reporting on Sales Team Member’s Process Implementation
  • Assisting Leadership Team with projecting and tracking Team Member productivity, efficiency and overall workload
  • Assisting Service Leader with pre-Service Meeting Prep & post-Service Meeting Activities
  • Assisting Sales Team Leader with pre-Sales Meeting Prep & post-Sales Meeting Activities
  • Assisting Leadership Team with pre-Tactical Meeting Prep & post-Tactical Meeting Activities
  • Assist Leadership Team with pre-Leadership Meeting Prep & post-Leadership Meeting Activities
  • Attend & Contribute to Sales Team Meetings & Service Team Meetings
  • Oversight of Agency Access & Passwords
  • Oversight of Salesforce implementation & Utilization
  • Oversight of Customer Relations Manager implementation & Utilization
  • Resolving technological mishaps, failures or breakdowns
  • Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring & Onboarding New Marketing Assistants
  • Managing & Developing Marketing Assistants
  • Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring & Onboarding Interns
  • Managing & Developing Interns
  • Leading Office Meetings
  • Take Initiative in continually striving to grow oneself, both professionally and personally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
