Job Title: Director of Enterprise Systems

Location: Naples, FL (On-site/Hybrid)
Salary: $95,000 – $135,000 + Performance Bonuses

The Opportunity

At Arqai, we don’t simply install technology—we design luxury living experiences powered by advanced smart home systems. As a privately owned group of four smart home companies operating across Florida, we specialize in delivering intelligence, security, and seamless automation to some of the state’s most exceptional residences.

We are moving away from traditional operating models toward an automation-first business, and we’re seeking a systems-focused leader to own and evolve our digital operations. This role is a unique opportunity to shape how technology, data, and process come together to support scalable growth and an elevated client experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect the Future: You won’t just maintain ; you’ll build the "digital nervous system" of Arqai, using Salesforce Flow and Agentforce AI to automate legacy executive processes.
• Bridge the Gap: You’ll learn our other business systems (ERP, Billing, HRIS) and integrate them into a seamless "single source of truth."
• Direct Leadership: You will work directly with the owners and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical reality—having the autonomy and impact typically reserved for a C-suite executive.

Who You Are:

• Salesforce Elite: You have 3+ years of experience and are a master of Flow Builder. Certified Administrator (Advanced preferred).
• The "Athlete" Mindset: You are a fast learner. If you see a business bottleneck, your first instinct is to build a systematic solution for it.
• Local to SWFL: You are based in or near Naples/Fort Myers and want to build your legacy with a local technology leader.
