We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to help generate and convert leads into users for our SAS-based AI/ML software product called NanoVision. This would be a part-time contract role, 100% remote. The candidate should have sufficient experience and technical acumen to work largely on their own to find and win customers. This would include managing out-reach, calls and demos, and closing activities. Compensation structure will include sales commission and will be negotiated with successful candidates.

Reporting Structure and Resources:

This role reports to the Director of AI and Software Development. This individual will need to interface periodically with the rest of the software team, as well as with other team members with EPIC, up to and including the COO. This individual will need to prepare and provide status updates and progress reports, and will be measured with performance metrics related to lead generation,

Responsibilities:

• Develop and/or manage touch plan, call scripts, and marketing materials
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach activities and research
• Lead lead contact efforts, customer calls, and product demonstrations
• Lead closing efforts to convert leads into paid users
• Manage existing users. Address their issues and help solve any problems.
• Collect data from prospects and users for the purpose of improving the product and future development

Qualifications:

• Minimum BS degree, graduate degree preferred. Technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience preferred
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate success in growing revenue. Experience with successful start-ups a plus.
• Strong understanding of the technical sales and product development processes
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Experience generating leads and closing business for SAS-based software
• Advanced presentation skills. Must be able to create and deliver quality slide decks that impress and perform convincing software demos.
• Experience with marketing and outreach of software products

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Work Location: Remote
