Reports to: Unwin Company Security Operations Manager

Duty Location: Duty location is Hilliard, Ohio. The position may require limited official travel estimated at 10 percent or less.
General Duties and Responsibilities: Unwin Company is looking for a motivated Systems Administrator to be an integral part of our in-house Information Technology support team. This team is responsible for the end to end, day to day operations of our IT environment in support of our users and their mission for the client.
This is a full-stack systems administration position: Infrastructure consists mostly of Microsoft Windows servers and clients, but the candidate will also be responsible for the administration of Linux servers, VMware vSphere, SANs, various network switches, and firewalls at multiple sites. In addition to the above duties, well-qualified candidates will possess knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
· Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user issues
· Maintain Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Office365 environments
· Maintain inventory of devices and software
· Maintain VoIP infrastructure
· Manage the lifecycle of desktops, servers and associated software
· Evaluate new products and technologies as needed
· Communicate with vendors and support engineers
· Monitor news feeds, advisories, and product releases to proactively maintain the security and stability of the environment
· Develop and maintain system standards and processes
· Support off-site personnel utilizing remote support tools
· Log monitoring and management
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Ability to obtain DOE Q security clearance
· Five or more years of experience in systems/network administration
· Demonstrated expertise in:
o Problem ownership and strong troubleshooting skills
o Verbal and written communication skills
o Maintaining Windows and Linux servers
o Configuration and maintenance of network equipment and services
o Being a team member and taking the lead on projects as required
o Working independently as needed
o Positive attitude, and willingness to learn new things
o Ability to effectively balance and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
· Active Top Secret or Q security clearance
· Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
· Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.)
· Experience maintaining IIS and SQL Server
· Experience in OS deployment and software packaging
· Experience with PKI (PIV / CAC)
· Knowledge of Government standards (DISA, NIST, CMMC, etc.)
