We have been in business for 18 years and service over 150 accounts between Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Cross Village. .

We are seeking an individual to to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, fall cleanup, and plowing. The ideal candidate should have experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance and possess the physical strength and stamina necessary to perform the job. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience in the landscaping industry.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair tools and equipment
- Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and edge walkways
- Rake leaves, remove debris, and spread mulch
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Water plants and lawns as needed
- Operate power equipment such as mowers, edgers, blowers, and trimmers
- Clean up job sites when finished
- Fall cleanups with a backpack blower
- Operating a truck with a plow
- Follow safety procedures.
Starting wage is $21.00 to $30 based on experience. Experienced candidates have the opportunity to increase wages based on performance and years of experience. Sign on bonus after 90 days.
A 90 day performance review will be the basis for the potential of an hourly wage increase.
Candidates may start immediately.

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
