Role Summary

As a System Engineer, you are the technical "anchor" for our client environments. You will lead high-impact infrastructure projects, handle the most complex Tier 3 escalations, and architect the future-proof solutions our clients need to thrive. We are a team of 10 people—meaning your voice matters. You’ll work closely with our technical team to mentor junior staff and optimize our ecosystem to ensure we are the most proactive MSP in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Implement: Design and execute complex projects including M365 tenant migrations, Azure cloud infrastructure deployments, and advanced network overhauls (VLANs, VPNs, Firewall hardening).
• Tier 3 Escalation: Act as the final point of resolution for deep-level technical issues that Tier 1 and 2 technicians cannot resolve.
• Syncro Optimization: Leverage RMM and PSA to build advanced automation scripts, custom monitors, and "self-healing" workflows to reduce reactive tickets.
• Cybersecurity Leadership: Implement and manage our 2026 security stack, including EDR/MDR, Zero Trust architectures, and threat detection.
• Client Consultation: Lead strategic "vCIO" calls to provide technical roadmaps and explain complex solutions in a way that aligns with client business goals.
• Mentorship: Conduct "Lunch & Learns" for our technical team to elevate the collective skill set of our 8-person crew.

Technical Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in a Senior Engineering role, preferably within an MSP environment.
• RMM/PSA Mastery: Expert-level knowledge with a heavy focus on scripting and automation.
• Cloud Proficiency: Advanced administration of Microsoft 365, Azure (IaaS/PaaS), and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Networking: Deep understanding of Unifi\Ubiquiti, advanced routing, and secure remote access.
• Scripting: Proficient in PowerShell for automating repetitive tasks and system deployments.
• Virtualization: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
