Position Title: SME (Subject Matter Expert)/ Oracle Technical consultant/ Oracle DBA

YSI is seeking a highly qualified SME. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle functional consultant focusing on public

sector procurement and contracts.

• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations, policies, and procedures,

including government contracting practices, bidding processes, and vendor management

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and design practical and efficient solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders and team members at all levels
• Experience leading functional design workshops, conducting requirements gathering sessions, and delivering presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge on Oracle.
• Mentors project staff and provide directions to accomplish project’s goals.
• Provides staff with technical directions, recommendations, or advice as needed.
• Makes presentations to groups and clients as required.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
