Advocate Health Advisors is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with a passion for technology and problem-solving to join our dynamic team. Based in Venice, Florida, Advocate Health Advisors was established in 2005 with the mission to transform the Medicare experience for Americans nationwide. As a key member of our technology team, you will collaborate with a dedicated and agile team to architect, implement, test, and continuously deliver innovative features and products to our agents. Responsibilities

• Utilize programming languages such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Svelte, Flutter, and C#.
• Demonstrate proficiency in C# and Visual Studio.
• Experience with GitHub, Open-Source RDBMS, and a variety of cloud tools and services.
• Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies.
• Provide hands-on leadership while actively participating in collaborative assessments and design.
• Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components, with minimal direction.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• Design and implement APIs to support mobile and web applications.
• Create engaging user interactions through innovative use of technology.
• Exhibit a proven passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other technology professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education or work experience.
• 1+ years of full-stack software development on web and client/server solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Tech Stack: SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps (ADO), C#, Flutter, and .NET Framework.
• Expertise in C# and Visual Studio.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of developing web services.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps/GitHub).
• Ability to provide examples of past completed projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education.
• Deep understanding of developing web services, C#, Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, PHP, Svelte, and JavaScript.
• Experience in cloud development.
• Familiarity with developing mobile applications and application programming interfaces.
