About the Role

IT Manager Qualifications

The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient management of enterprise technology systems. This role requires deep expertise in regulatory compliance, enterprise system administration, cloud infrastructure, and database technologies.

Core Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in PCI DSS compliance, including implementation, monitoring, and reporting of required security controls.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SOC 2 compliance, with the ability to manage audits, documentation, and evidence collection.
  • Hands-on experience managing and supporting Microsoft Active Directory (AD), including group policies, authentication, and user provisioning.
  • Advanced knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and services, including EC2, S3, IAM, and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing AWS Data Warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, Glue, Athena) and ensuring optimized performance and scalability.
  • Experience with Oracle Database administration, including installation, configuration, tuning, and monitoring in production environments.
  • Ability to provide technology support and operational monitoring for Oracle and related enterprise platforms.
  • Strong background in IT operations, including incident management, system monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Knowledge of network security, firewall management, and encryption technologies in compliance with industry best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure management and migration strategies.
  • Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Splunk, or CloudWatch.
  • Background in ITIL or other structured IT service management methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead compliance, audit, and infrastructure projects.

Pay: $67,796.01 - $81,646.80 per year
