Summary
"Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and updating CCLR databases, ensuring that all data is correct, up-to-date, and usable. This is an important role in managing and organizing essential data for the company. Main duties and responsibilities for this position include:
· Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
· Typing accurately and swiftly, ensuring the data entered is correct and up to date.
· Working closely with other team members, including developers and various departments of our operation, to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and efficiently organized for the business .
· Creating and updating databases, correcting inaccuracies, and deleting unnecessary information.
· Generating reports, organizing and presenting data, and ensuring data is secure and confidential.
Database Coordinator should possess the skills and qualifications that match the job requirements, including:
· Typing skills with an understanding of touch-typing systems.
· Strong complex problem solving and analytical skills.
· Attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free data entry.
· Knowledge of computer software, such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and other data processing tools.
· Time management skills to meet deadlines. · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
