As vital support to the General Manager, AGMs and Shift Leaders play a crucial role in enhancing retail management skills through hands-on supervisory experience, effective coaching, and sharp business acumen.

Your Responsibilities:

- Take the lead in developing Crew Members and fostering their growth.

- Oversee crew deployment, drive-thru performance, goal setting, results communication, and strict adherence to operational standards.

- Deliver fast, friendly, and energetic service at all times.

- Be a proactive team player, ready to jump into various roles as needed.
