AWS Solutions Architect | 5+ years | Remote | Contract
Walker Healthforce is seeking an AWS Solutions Architect with 5+ years of experience to support a public sector client. This is a 5-month contact opportunity.
START DATE: 2/2/2026
HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Walker Healthforce is seeking an AWS Solutions Architect with 5+ years of experience to support a public sector client. This is a 5-month contact opportunity.
START DATE: 2/2/2026
HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years’ experience as an architect
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- JAVA
- AWS Cloud
- Integration with different systems
- Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle
- Advanced knowledge of RESTful API design and integration
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, manage, design and development of scalable Java-based applications
- Collaborate closely with senior developers and testers to enhance system performance and maintainability
