Job description
The primary focus of the Information Technology Manager (IT Manager) is to lead the digital transformation at CCLF. This position will report to the Vice President, People and Operations.
The IT Manager will also
· Work with third parties to implement a SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA controls and enforce the controls particularly in the context of financial services for underserved communities as well as enforce other IT policies.
· Develop and execute a technology roadmap that positions CCLF as a digitally integrated, scalable, and data-informed CDFI, enabling growth in both loan deployment and capital access services.
· Lead the integration and evolution of CCLF’s externally facing platforms (i.e. Abrigo) to deliver seamless, equitable, and scalable user experiences.
· Oversee the consolidation and modernization of core business systems, eliminating silos and ensuring seamless data flow across CCLF’s departments.
· Establish enterprise-wide data governance practices, enabling better decision-making, impact measurement, and operational reporting.
· Collaborate with senior management and technology partners to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with the organization’s overall objectives. This involves identifying opportunities for leveraging technology to drive innovation and improve efficiency as well as developing a strategy for rolling out new technologies and migrations into new systems.
· Lead digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This may include modernizing legacy systems, adopt emerging technologies, and implementing digital solutions to enhance customer experiences and streamline processes.
· Work with CFO and VP People and Operations in strategizing how to streamline systems and interfaces.
· Manage the process to implement a technology solution that addresses the needs of the requestor.
· Document business needs as well as developing workflow diagrams, swim-lane diagrams, event diagrams, etc. to help the technical team understand current needs, current state as well as what the future state may look like.
· Facilitate project meetings and discovery meetings, keep the team and stakeholders aware of the progress of the project and identify any risks or roadblocks during the life of the project.
· Work with the team and stakeholders to remove risks and roadblocks and escalate when needed.
· Maintain the project schedule and project plan, schedule meetings, work with the team to follow change management best practices and work with the team to develop a communications plan. Ensure the project remains on budget both from a staff resource perspective and any external vendor costs.
No on-call needed.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred; or commensurate IT experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· High level of organizational and detail-oriented skills
· Great oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff
· Ability to balance multiple tasks and respond quickly to developments
· Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.· Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees, board members and guests.
· Demonstrated project management, time management and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently as well as within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
· Strong focus on ethics and integrity; dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
Additional Requirements: Minimal travel for training may be required. This position may require you to work occasional overtime.
Residency Requirement: To be considered and remain eligible for employment with CCLF, individual must be an established Illinois resident at or by the time individual commences employment and remain a permanent Illinois resident throughout the individual’s employment with CCLF.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $108,426.00 - $140,954.00 per year
