Website Developer (Mesa, Arizona on-site)

We’re seeking a passionate and motivated candidate to enhance our websites. At Pyramid, our software plays a pivotal role in enhancing the payment peripherals we make: bill acceptors and thermal printers. We are seeking a mid-level Front-End Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and C#. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Include

• Break down complex projects into smaller, manageable tasks to create realistic estimates and deliverables
• Creating and maintaining new and existing websites such as:

• Working with stakeholders ranging from firmware engineers to UI/UX designers for new developments and to debug issues in existing applications
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other members of the development team
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that follows industry best practices and standards

We are looking for a local candidate who could add to the team environment and be present for the 5 day, in-office work week. Qualifications:

• Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript s and front-end frameworks (Svelte and preferred)
• Familiarity with C# and .NET, as well as frameworks such as Avalonia or WPF
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, UI/UX principles, and responsive design
• Experience with API and database integration
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS and component-based architecture
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Vitest
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Ngrok, and Docker
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with DevOps, observability, and logging best practices

Experience & Education:

• At least 3 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining websites
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
