Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Implementation and Support Manager to lead the deployment and ongoing support of QuickFee Connect for our accounting firm clients. This role is crucial in ensuring successful system integration, client onboarding, and providing exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation projects for new QuickFee Connect clients, including system integration, configuration, and deployment
- Manage client relationships throughout the implementation process, working closely with our Customer Onboarding Specialist (Project Manager) to ensure clear communication and timeline adherence
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for practice management system integrations
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, training materials, and best practices
- Collaborate with the Product team to provide feedback on platform improvements and feature requests
- Monitor and analyze implementation metrics to optimize processes and enhance client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with one or more accounting practice management systems (e.g., CCH Axcess, PracticeERP, Thomson Reuters PracticeCS and/or IRIS Practice Engine)
- Proven track record of successful software implementation projects in the accounting/professional services sector
- Strong understanding of accounting firm operations and workflows
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Superior communication skills with experience in client-facing roles
- Technical troubleshooting abilities and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with payment processing or financial technology solutions
- SQL querying capabilities and basic networking knowledge
- Background in accounting or professional services
- Certification in relevant practice management systems
- Experience with API integrations and understanding of technical documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,083.00 - $85,552.00 per year
