IT Security & Compliance Analyst - $95-115K

The IT Security & Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s security, risk, and regulatory compliance efforts by assisting with SOC audits, conducting risk assessments, collecting and managing audit evidence, and maintaining security policies and documentation. This role works closely with IT, legal, and business teams to ensure controls are properly designed, implemented, and operating effectively across the organization, with a strong focus on frameworks such as HITRUST. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in IT security or compliance, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and can translate regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable security controls.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
