My name is Yulissa from Talent Source. We are currently looking for an experienced Systems Administrator (IT) to join a dynamic team supporting servers.

​​​​​​Position Summary:

Talent Source is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator (IT) to support and maintain a secure, high-performance technology infrastructure. This role involves administering and securing servers, networks, cloud-based services, and overall IT systems, with an emphasis on NIST cybersecurity best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization, and Microsoft 365/Azure administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain servers, LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud applications.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, backups, and network security.
• Configure and manage Active Directory, group policies, and user accounts following NIST cybersecurity standards.
• Support virtualization technologies, cloud services, and endpoint security tools.
• Provide technical assistance to end users and resolve escalated IT issues efficiently.
• Maintain and document IT procedures and configurations.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to recommend and implement system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all company cybersecurity policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or 5–6 years of relevant IT systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, Azure/Entra, and MS365.
• Experience managing firewalls, switching, backups, VPNs, and LAN/WAN networks.
• Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity standards; Microsoft Certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

General Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physically active work as needed.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must provide a valid export document (U.S. Birth Certificate, Certificate of Naturalization, Passport, or Passport Card) for E-Verify and contract compliance.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m
• Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required based on project needs.
• Pay Range: $70,000 – $81,000 per year (DOE)
