Due to growth and expansion of our business, we have immediate openings for the following positions in all three plant operations: Job Title: Production Team Members / Direct Hire with Benefits Pay: $22.70 (Shift premium + $1.00/hour) Shifts Available: 1. Individual may apply at: Online: With theform In person: 150 Wheat Drive, Paris KY By phone: 859-987-0500 ext:158 Requirements: • Ability to meet the physical requirements including but not limited to walking, standing, stooping, bending, reaching with hands, and grasping with fingers for 8 - 10 hours a day when completing production processes or moving products. • Ability to lift to 80lbs • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting • Ability to work in very warm temperatures • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required • Ability to speak, read and write English required • Must be drug free and subject to random drug testing Job Responsibility: • Ability to work safely and comply with all safety standards. Must be able to wear all forms of protective equipment. • Ensure quality standards are achieved by performing jobs in accordance with work instructions to include correct product, size, quantity, and color on various wheel types to meet customer satisfaction. • Work respectfully within a team environment or independently, as needed. • Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area.
