Tuohy Furniture Corporation, in Chatfield, MN, is a progressive manufacturer of executive wood office furniture that has won awards and is sold throughout the world to Fortune 500 companies.

We are seeking a Full Time Director of IT to join the team here at Tuohy Furniture Corporation.

Summary:

Work closely with management and production teams to analyze and document current business processes. Then work with outside vendors and management to design a solution that integrates with the ERP. Lastly, lead the development of these solutions, testing, documentation and providing training to end users. Work with other IT staff to maintain, upgrade, and secure network and information systems.

Responsibilities:

• Create process documentation and develop improved processes.
• Work with vendors to create and deploy solutions within the ERP and related systems.
• Maintain internal and external network and information security.
• Provide baseline ERP support.
• Oversee hardware and software purchasing and licensing.
• Oversee endpoint client management.
• Take an educational role teaching all people about the systems, hardware, and software they use and how they work with each other.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Have a well-rounded knowledge of IT Systems and infrastructure.
• Ability to fully understand a process and its details to derive a fully integrated solution.
• Ability to coordinate among different departments and people.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills to work with management and other stakeholders to understand the business processes in detail then translating that to outside vendors or programmers.
• Experience with Infor XA and AS/400
• Experience with Networking and firewalls.
• Experience with Security Audits
• Office 365 Hybrid environments
• Sharepoint
• MS SQL Server and SRSS
• Windows Active Directory – Sites and services

Qualifications:

7+ years of work history in IT (Required)

3+ years of experience as an IT Manager/Director (Preferred)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
