Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer/Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs. This role requires proficiency in various design software and an understanding of web development principles, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop innovative graphic designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and e-commerce applications.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance user experience.
• Design logos, branding materials, and marketing collateral that align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure usability and accessibility standards are met.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve overall effectiveness.
• Maintain websites through regular updates and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
• Utilize front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement designs effectively.
• Work with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) to manage website content.
• Participate in wireframing and prototyping using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, digital marketing, and web analytics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) is essential.
• Strong understanding of web design principles including responsive design and usability.
• Experience with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics for performance tracking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent typography skills and visual design sensibility.
• Experience with version control systems like Git is advantageous.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or PHP is beneficial but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
