We are seeking a Cyber Analyst to support the Department of the Navy’s DADMS (DoD Application Database Management System) and the Naval Networking Environment (NNE). The Cyber Analyst will update, track, and report on accreditation packages and associated software applications, ensuring compliance with DADMS requirements and Navy network standards.
The candidate will develop and maintain information system documentation, including executive summaries, software plans, POA&Ms, and reports, while applying common controls in accordance with DoD and Civilian Agency policies.
The Cyber Analyst will also provide cybersecurity analytics and reporting through Cisco Secure Network Analytics (SNA), conduct enclave monitoring, perform cyber threat analysis, and support Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance to maintain a secure operating environment.
LOCATION: Virginia Beach, VA (or within ~60 mile radius)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Submit new add requests for software used in the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) systems.
· Coordinate with stakeholders on software that requires extensions/removals due to expires LDA.
· Coordinate with stakeholders on Information Technology Procurement Request (ITPR) submissions for new software.
· Maintain listing of all software and send weekly reports for upcoming Logical Data Areas (LDAs) to stakeholders
· Verify software on package Hardware/Software list is current (Weekly Task)
· Manage software portfolio through the use of excel spreadsheets
· Work with teams on Assessment and Authorization (A&A) package workflows to ensure no out of date software exists at time of submissions.
· Familiar with Risk Management Framework (RMF) process is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5+ Years of Experience in Cyber Security
· Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
· DADMS application
· Familiarity with NIST IT Security Special Publication (SP) 800 Series
· Cyber Security Workforce level IAM II/III (i.e. CISSP, CASP+, CISM, CAP, GSLC, CCISO, GSLC, etc.)
· Experienced STIG reviewer
· Microsoft Excel experience
· SharePoint experience
· Excellent communication and reporting skills
PREFERRED/ADDITIONAL SKILLS (A PLUS):
· Familiarity with Cisco SNA, CMRS (Continuous Monitoring and Risk Scoring), ACAS, RedSeal, Carbon Black
