Job description

To this end, we need an AT&T Representative who strives to establish authentic relationships with new and existing customers, enthusiastically answers product questions, provides unwavering account support, and professionally addresses all customer concerns and complaints.
AT&T Representative Responsibilities Include:
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in person determining need, and providing thoughtful service on wireless products available
- Educate customers on our wireless set up and upgrades available to provide recommendations that directly address and satisfy their needs
- Forward all product and sales information to the appropriate channel to ensure timely execution for our customers
- Ensure all customer requests are met in a timely manner
- Process wireless sales orders as needed and set up accounts
- Maintain a working knowledge of our suite of products and services and stay current with industry trends
AT&T Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing position
- Ability to successfully work with all types of people
- Possessing a solution-oriented attitude is a must!
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Time management skills
- Detail oriented
What to Expect:
- This is a W-2, full-time position with daily team check-ins at our local office
- All work is conducted in person in assigned neighborhoods — this is not a remote or retail-based role
- Commission-only compensation structure, with average weekly earnings between $900–$1,400+, depending on individual performance
- Representatives are paid $100+ per qualified customer enrollment
- Schedule is Monday–Saturday, with full-time availability required
- Training is provided and includes product knowledge, compliance, and hands-on field coaching

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,600.00 per month
