Working alongside the Technology Manager, the IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day technology support and administration. This role will have a strong focus on endpoint management, SaaS administration, ticketing, onboarding/offboarding, and vendor coordination. This role strives for better IT processes through documentation, training, automation, and standardization. Alongside the Technology Manager, this role will manage our devices and many of our SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Intune, and Asana. This position provides technical assistance to employees across the organization and across multiple locations, in person, via telephone or from remote locations.

This role requires someone who is ready to learn, technical, organized, curious, and comfortable acting independently or collaboratively.

Reporting to the Technology Manager this position is based out of our Liverpool, NY office. This position collaborates closely with peers and company leaders across multiple locations to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished in support of the alliance of companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support and serve our customers and employees through technology.
  • Build positive relationships with internal teams as well as with suppliers
  • Manage the configuration, security, licensing, and lifecycle of core SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Asana, and Intune
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain 200+ endpoints (Windows, Cell Phones, iPads, and desk phones)
  • With support of the Technology Manager, manage and maintain the IT Ticketing System while also resolving issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, driver, and application issues across Windows 11 endpoints
  • Support IT procurement processes, including hardware/software selection, purchasing coordination, licensing, and vendor management
  • Manage IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, device setup, and access assignment.
  • Contribute to and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity posture, including endpoint security, identity controls, patching, and configuration hardening
  • Plan and deliver IT training and enablement, including quarterly lunch-and-learn sessions and periodic software training across the organization’s multiple locations
  • Drive continuous improvement of IT service delivery through documentation, standard operating procedures, automation, and support.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of support services.
  • Positive written and verbal interpersonal skills, to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ability to earn the trust of employees and management
  • Self-motivated; works well on own with minimal supervision with the ability to build consensus and cooperation in a team setting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems and related degrees preferred.
  • Experience supporting a multi-site or growing organization with 100+ users preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience managing SaaS products
  • Experience managing Windows-based environments
  • Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working independently and owning problems to resolution
  • Dependable work ethic, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate on a team.

The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Liverpool, NY is estimated at $65,000 to $82,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills and abilities, as well as other business and organizational needs.
