LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Administrator

As a LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining the LIMS software used in the lab to track samples, manage workflows, and ensure data integrity.

The qualifications we are looking for in the ideal candidate would be:

· BS or MS in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or related field is required, with degrees in Computer Science or related field to be considered as well.

· Hands-on experience with LIMS software in a GMP-regulated QC laboratory

· Experience with LIMS or other enterprise LIMS platforms (LabWare, LabVantage, STARLIMS, etc)

· Understanding QC analytical methods and sample types is highly desirable.

· Familiarity with database management, system validation, and software lifecyle management.

· Ability to generate custom reports, dashboards, and queries within LIMS systems.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and training abilities to support QC personnel.

· Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (QC, IT, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and external vendors)

Preferred Skills:

· Coding experience (e.g. SQL, JavaScript, or similar languages) to develop custom LIMS configurations and automation

· Experience integrating LIMS with analytical instruments.

· Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Poser BI, Tableau)

· Database management
