We’re looking for a Network & Systems Admin who can actually build, break, and fix infrastructure—AND own client onboarding from day one. You’ll be the one setting the tone, proving to new clients that we deliver what we promise.
This is not a passive role. You’ll design, deploy, migrate, secure, and onboard—fast, clean, and with no excuses.
What You’ll Do
- Lead new client onboardings: assess environments, document infrastructure, fix gaps, and set them up for success.
- Design and configure firewalls, switches, and networks—no cookie-cutter setups.
- Run server migrations and Active Directory projects end to end.
- Lock down environments with real security and compliance practices.
- Troubleshoot problems Tier 1 /2/3 can’t touch.
- Document every configuration and process with precision.
- Partner with service desk and field teams to make handoffs seamless.
What You Must Bring
- Proven skills with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
- Ability to design and configure networks (VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching).
- Hands-on experience with server migrations, firewalls, and onboarding projects.
- Client-facing confidence—you can walk into chaos and make clients feel in control.
- A mentality of ownership and execution—you don’t wait for permission, you make it happen.
