With a commitment to innovative construction practices and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team to include a highly skilled ECI Mark Systems Database Specialist who will play a crucial role in maintaining our standards of excellence. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong affinity for numbers and construction processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate database management to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in our home building projects.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and update the construction cost ECI Mark Systems database, ensuring all data is accurate and reflects current plans, products, and project specifications.

· Collaborate with the project management team to ensure estimates are thorough, and that project Work Orders and Purchase Orders align with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.

· Utilize construction management software such as ECI Mark Systems, or similar platforms to optimize our home building processes.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.

Qualifications:

· A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the construction or database management field.

Familiarity with construction cost estimating and budgeting processes.

· Proven experience as a Database Specialist/ Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry.

· Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail when it comes to managing data and costs

· Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to organize and manage large sets of data efficiently.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling productive collaboration with various teams.

· Ability to complete detailed plan take-offs if necessary, utilizing a digital on-screen software such as Planswift or Blue Beam

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

· Must be comfortable with and capable of using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) for meetings and collaboration with team members.

Additional Information: This position is open to remote candidates across the nation, provided they demonstrate the ability to manage tasks effectively from a distance and have the requisite experience in using specified builder software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
