Job Description Position Title: Personal Lines and Small Commercial Account Manager, IT Liaison
About Network Insurance Services:
Network Insurance Services is a prominent locally owned commercial insurance broker. We are expanding our offerings to include personal lines and are seeking a dynamic professional to lead and manage this new segment. This role combines leadership in personal lines, management of small commercial accounts, and coordination with our IT services to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Lines Leadership:
- Lead the development and management of the new personal lines department.
- Provide strategic guidance to establish and grow personal lines accounts.
- Oversee all tasks related to personal lines, ensuring excellent service and efficient operations.
Small Commercial Account Management:
- Manage approximately 100 small commercial accounts (premiums mostly under $5,000).
- Handle renewals, policy servicing, and other account-related duties.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and carriers.
IT Liaison and Equipment Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison with our IT company to ensure smooth IT operations for the main office in Colorado and 12 remote offices.
- Coordinate IT equipment procurement and set up for new hired remote employees:
- Follow established procedures for purchasing necessary IT equipment through our IT vendor.
- Ensure equipment is delivered to new employees, programmed, and ready for seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in collaboration with the IT provider.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership and Initiative: Ability to take ownership of projects and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing effectively.
- Insurance Knowledge: Experience with personal lines and/or small commercial accounts is highly preferred.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort with IT processes and equipment management. Familiarity with liaising with IT vendors is a plus. Experience with AMS 360 and/or Agency Zoom is a big plus.
- Strong Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
